Rules for this challenge
3 pts: Drink 64oz per day
5 pts:  10 strict Pull Ups
5 pts: 6 servings of vegetables (1/2 cup each)
10 pts: Attend MERAKI classes
    Points can only be gained from different classes per day, no doubles.
10 pts: No Processed foods.
    Whole food or ingredients that you understand on package.
5 pts: Eat in 9 hour window
5 pts: Deep tissue Mobs

Points are MAXED out at 311 points per week. 

Daily Goals

1

Drink 64oz of Water

Simple task, just drink, drink drink!!!

10 strict Pull Ups

Perform 10 strict Pull Ups on the rig.

Eat your veggies

Eat 6 servings of veggies at 1/2 cup each.

Attend MERAKI class

Earn 10 points per MERAKI class taken.

Points are 10 points per class for the first of each class taken per day.

NO processed foods

NO processed Food (Whole food or ingredients that you understand on package)
6

Eat in 9 hour window

Only eat within a 9 hour window.

Times can be any set of 9 consecutive hours. 
7

Deep Tissue Mobs

Use foam roller, balls, back knobber, or massage to work out your tired and sore muscles for 5 minutes a day.
