This uncontrolled feast or famine cycle of eating can be very detrimental to your dieting strategy, so lets
start trying to break the cycle by learning how to eat in a healthier, more controlled manner.

Daily Goals

Drink 64oz of Water

Staying hydrated can help reduce hunger cravings as well as keeping your joints and muscles feeling good.

NO processed foods

Looking at the ingredients, stick to foods with lower amounts of ingredients.

Attend MERAKI class

Join us for a great work out!

  1. Crossfit, YOGA and weightlifting classes are all eligible.
  2. You receive 5 points per class.
  3. You cannot participate in two of the same class in a day for points.

Sleep 7 or more hours

Get your sleep!

7 or more hours in a night.

Eat your veggies

Get 8 servings of vegetable per day.
Servings are 1/2 cup each.

20 Burpees

In addition to your workout!
